The Pars Saturnii is in the 9th house (Libra) this week. It cautions you not to waiver. Come down on one side of the fence or the other. You know what is the right thing to do. You don’t need a long time to decide. Just make the decision and get on with it!
Puer in the 7th house (Leo) would traditionally indicate a working relationship with a younger man. The Four Levels Model goes further and says that new and vigorous actions are now possible.
These will most likely be in conjunction with someone well-placed to help you. They may have the knowledge, experience or contacts that you don’t have.
Access, connections and new avenues of possible progress will open up. That in turn provides an excellent opportunity to light the fuse.

Use charm and finesse rather than brute force to move things along.
