Acquisitio in the 4th house (Taurus) is generally an expansive influence. Here we need to be careful that ‘expansion’ does not lead to over-indulgence, however.
That potential for over-indulgence could be in our feelings and passions. This would be the emotional equivalent of curling up on the couch with our favourite comfort food and drink. It turns out that while that may seem like a good idea with all the changes and stresses around you at the moment it would not be very practical for you in the long run.
The flip side of this influence is to realise what would be more useful. What you are much more likely to benefit from is scoping out a clear direction for your further travel.
In other words, use the time given to you between the things you need to do to seek that beacon of light leading you forward. Check that your plans sit well with you. Make sure you plan for your future security and comfort rather than taking what security and comfort you can now.
Carcer in the 9th house (Libra) compliments this idea. Flow indicates that it might seem to be hard work making progress with some of your plans for the future. The reason for this is that there seems to be some difficulty getting all the facts and figures needed to make decisions.
It might be that matters are only slowly coming together to help you make up your mind. Sometimes that is for the best, of course, so that you don’t jump into something you’ll later regret. At other times it might seem that there is no obvious reason for things taking the time they do.
The way to best deal with this is to not regret not being able to push forward but rather to use the time to examine what you currently have to work with to ensure it is ready to go.
Saturn’s influence with Carcer is a great teacher! Here it is showing that you need to really, carefully, assess what is going into your decisions.
Go over your checklist again. Make sure each aspect of your plans is fit for purpose. Check and double check your ingredients. As the saying goes, “Measure twice; cut once”.
Use the time you have now to ensure everything is ready. When the time to move comes around there you need to be ready to go!
The Pars Jovii is in the 8th house (Virgo). This indicates that you should avoid making changes or decisions just for the sake of it. Don’t make changes that don’t need to be made. Avoid the temptation to ‘make something happen’ just because you feel impatient!
Trying to be too controlling is likely to make you feel frustrated and stressed. Focus only on the essential.

The Active Transform this week is Fortuna Minor (24) in the 2nd house (Pisces). This provides some important guidance this week. It suggests that there will likely be some pull on your resources, probably financially. You will therefore need to give extra thought to parting with cash this week.
Test new opportunities to make sure that they are of value to you, not simply pleasurable indulgences.
You may even think of some new ideas or feelings about how to use your resources generally, but again, assess these carefully.
‘New and imaginative’ can sound attractive because they are a different approach, but that does not automatically mean that this new approach is bound to work or be profitable. Check. Scope out. Genuine value is likely to stand the test of time and need not be hurried.
Finally, seek the emotionally meaningful connections among those close to you.
Combining these influences indicates that you should seek direction rather than reward.
