When it comes to the process of weighing the balance swings first one way and then another before it can settle to a steady state. What does not change is the weight of what is being balanced. In other words, the matter itself is fixed it is now only a matter of finding the appropriate weight (time, money, resources) to balance it out. The trade must be equal so you try various options until matters harmonise.
Caput Draconis in the 6th house (Virgo) indicates that later in the week practical details will need to be provided and fleshed out. Commitments will be required in order to ensure that specific roles can be set and adhered to. There needs to be responsibility and accountability. Fortunately there should be no problem with either if people are genuinely intending to fulfil their roles.
This does not mean that there has to be a rigid application of rules though, as we will see.

The Active Transform is Caput Draconis in the 5th house (Leo) indicates that when you set yourself on a new course it is likely going to have an impact on others around you. These are not just the people directly involved in your projects but friends and social contacts as well.
Just for illustration, if you have set yourself a goal of going to the gym and losing weight you are likely to find that going out for a ‘boozy night out with the old crowd’ will have to be severely curtailed or cut out. Choices have consequences. This is a time to make choices very deliberately.
When the game starts and you’ve been handed your cards you are the one who gets to decide what you do. Your skills, abilities and knowledge will be the deciding factors. You will be the one in ultimate control of what you do. Stay sharp!
The Pars Luna in the 12th house (Pisces) offers an important softening effect here. When you act in a position of power and influence it does not mean that you have only and always got to follow the rules and regulations. There is still room for you to be magnanimous, intuitive and inspirational by being open to emotional viewpoints.
