Great tides are in force in Flow this week. Will you simply sense them or will you use them?
Fortuna Major in the 1st house (Capricorn) is putting the focus of the week squarely on you and your ambitions. Like it or not, your way will be determined and dictated by you and how you see yourself.
Specifically, you will be able to draw on both your hard-won experiences of life and the key characteristics of your personality in order to carve a way into the future. Pretty dramatic stuff, right? Be aware that while you feel this you can also act on it—the tide is in your favour.
This placement allows you to not only see a vision of where you are and where you want to be but also the clarity to know what to do to make it happen.
Populus in the 7th house (Cancer) is altogether a softer, more nurturing influence. This is still a powerful placement as it is the geome of the full Moon in opposition to the Sun (Fortuna Major) making it a ‘literal’ full Moon in the Casting. This has a very nuanced interpretation as the Active Transform and the Pars Solii are in the 1st and 7th houses respectively, too.
Firstly, you are likely to find others to be a great resource in helping you to achieve your plans this week. More than helpful actually—necessary. Secondly, they can only take you so far. Put another way, they are good for what they are ‘good for’. For your current plans they can be very helpful, but only up to a point. These are your goals, plans and projects. The current focus of Flow is on you, so it is you who needs to be the whirlwind, the driving force in the crowd.
Naturally, with close relationships this can create a tension between personal ambition and relational dynamics which you will need to navigate carefully. What price goals and success?
It may help to look to others for nurture and emotional support rather than guidance. Open communication with clear boundaries will help.
Take control of your Destiny
The Active Transform this week is Fortuna Minor (34) back in the 1st house (Capricorn). This is a time when you can gain personal (non-financial) enrichment, if you rise to the challenges.
There is so much that you can learn, do and be with this placement.
While others may see only mountains of obstacles, you can see the cracks in the rocks which make them climbable. Others see lessons, you see learning. They see boring repetition, you see practise.
The Pars Solii continues that sentiment. When you encounter an obstacle, look to the positive opposite: If the trend is downward, look up. When they say ‘security’, you say ‘strength’.
Don’t try to quickly grab but instead plan for the long-term harvest.
