Unlooked-for Support

Fortuna Minor + Carcer → Acquisitio (12)
Astrogem Casting for week commencing 20th March 2022

Happy Ostera to all! Today is the day of the Spring Equinox, when day and night are of equal length. That means we are halfway through spring already! I know!

Fortuna Minor in the 2nd house (Aries) shows that you have a lot of focus on the family and your resources this week. There’s something you’re trying to do but it seems it’s not going as well as you’d hoped at this stage… but change is on the way, don’t worry. Despite knowing this you are likely to feel impatient for the changes you want to make. Frustration added to delay will only make the wait seem that much longer.

You have a concern with family and possessions or other personal resource. You are seeking to make progress but it seems to be an uphill battle at the moment. Not only that, but you feel that you are doing most (if not all) of the work!

There’s just so much to do!

Carcer in the 8th house (Libra) is a challenging placement. If it were a static factor and you were looking at a particular situation instead of the movement of Flow then it would suggest a fairly weighty decision in a fairly weighty area: wills, legacies, a legal decision, feelings of mortality, etc. It would also be concerned with intestinal complaints.

However, as we are concerned with the movement of events, it is more likely to indicate that some decision is taking a long time in coming to an outcome.

It follows on from the first geome in that you will be moving into the area when a decision can be made later in the week. But you seem impatient over some very big issues—issues which should not be taken lightly and which could easily have significant and long-term consequences. Be grateful for the time you have in order to prepare and to explore matters fully.

Take control of your Destiny

The Active Transform this week is Acquisitio (12) back in the 2nd house (Aries). This suggests that when the end comes, it comes quickly. It may feel like a bit of an anti-climax after all the build up to it. It may instead feel like something of a relief (a bit like your ear ‘popping’ allowing you to hear clearly again). Ending so suddenly can leave you feeling like you’ve missed something. You probably haven’t, but it emphasises the importance of fully using the time you have when you have it before the final decision.

You can pave the way for the best outcome by looking to your wider circle of family and friends. Help may then be unanticipated but not completely unexpected.

Practise what you need to say to ask and also to thank.

When things work in your favour move forward and don’t look back.

The Pars Solii in the 7th house (Virgo) gives an interesting little rider here. It suggests that expected relationships are unlikely to help at the moment. Your partners in these seem too busy concentrating on form and formalities to be of much practical help to you.

Assistance is more likely to come from those who sympathise with you rather than those who share the same issues.

In other words, don’t ask an unsuccessful angler how to catch fish, even if they are a friend.

Sharing is loving — please spread the word of geomancy by sharing this casting with your friends and followers.

Thank you.
