Amissio in the second house (Aquarius) shows that your thoughts and plans are likely to be very dear to you this week. So long as you don’t get too fired up you should be able to move things forward. The key is going to be to let your emotions drive things forward now. But this needs to be done in the right way.
The Pars Venusii in the 12th house (Sagittarius) shows that you shouldn’t go off half-cocked. Just because you feel strongly and deeply about something you should not second-guess or try to use intuition to direct the way forward. Progress at the moment depends on you being sensible and rational, even about your emotions! In essence this means that things need to make emotional sense before you commit.
Use your imagination rather than your intuition. That is what will help to keep you grounded even if things get tough.
Rubeus in the third house (Pisces) shows that when working with others you will need to keep a cool head. No matter what the passion of the situation or how intriguing the possibilities, stay focused! It will be too easy to end up chasing down rabbit holes and wasting time and emotional energy otherwise.
The key here is to make sure you set off on the right foot and then to stick to the plan. Don’t let yourself or anybody else start wandering off the agenda.
Take control of your Destiny
The Active Transform this week is Cauda Draconis (13) in the fourth house (Aries). This shows a very clear direction that Flow is taking: From your deep emotions and thoughts (first geome) to engaging in changing with others (second geome) you are ultimately aiming at working towards your main ideas, beliefs and drive towards those things which are fundamentally important to you.
Rubeus in Pisces showed very clearly the dangers in going off track. The Active Transform now shows very clearly the need to target and focus. This is the direction of Flow. Anything else will simply dissipate into vagueness, confusion and waste.
Rogues
Rogues do not happen that often but I think it is helpful to have a way to note them on the Casting. I am therefore introducing a new ‘symbol’ to identify them — and old style capital R: Hopefully this will not be confused with the astrological symbol for ‘Retrograde’:
Rogues are unknown to old-style geomancy, only to Astrogem. The concept of going retrograde would make no sense geomantically anyway, so hopefully there will be no mistaking its meaning. Let me know what you think in the comments, through the contact form, facebook group or by email.
There was one Rogue this week. Cauda Draconis, this time in the sixth house, re-emphasises the ideas of the Active Transform. This gives a clear indication that the direction in which you are moving needs to be in the service of something greater and better.
It suggests, too, that moving forward will involve significant effort. It is possible to surf but you’re going to have to work harder at it. It’s as if the surf is ‘rising’ but not yet ‘up’ fully. You are moving forward because it is the right thing to do. You therefore should avoid disagreeing with others because they are wrong and instead work towards what is right. Work with the rising tide. Work with what you’ve got that moves you forward, however small it may seem at the moment.
Choose wisely and carefully as long-term consequences are likely to be being set in motion.
