Rubeus in the 1st house (Libra) indicates that there is a swirling environment circling around you this week. Decisions, personalities, opinions… take your pick. It seems like a radically altering situation provides the overall context for the week. There is likely to be a need for juggling and balancing a number of challenging decisions amid this often-changing background.
Your way forward will be to hold tight to what you know, to your true self and to your fundamental plans and ideas for the future. Flow in the chart indicates that there is likely not much you can do to influence external forces, so don’t waste your energy trying. Aim to stay above it. That is easier said than done, however.
Puella in the 5th house (Aquarius) shows that you will be able to find some solace in social company. Naturally, it will provide comfort and a break from all that’s going on, but there is something more here. You can use it for not only a change of pace but also as a source of inspiration.
Firstly, it will help you to keep a sense of perspective and help you not to get drawn into the whirlpool situation around you. Secondly, the change of pace will allow you to mentally regroup, to see possibilities in what’s going on that perhaps wouldn’t otherwise come as easily. (The classic ‘the idea came to me in the shower’ syndrome where the solution occurs to you when you aren’t actively thinking about it.) And you never know what, or who, might spark off an idea in you.
Take control of your Destiny
The Active Transform this week is Via (2) in the 9th house (Gemini). This is a clear message that you should not be trying to manage any turbulence or changing situation around you this week. As they say, ‘it is what it is’, and it’s not of your making. Look instead for the new ideas and the new opportunities particularly. This is going to be a time of a changing environment so see what new things open up.
If you feel you are in a whirlpool you will know that there is little you can do to stop it whirling. Whirling is just what whirlpools do. You didn’t create it, so don’t try to fix it.
Instead, look for the overhanging branch to pull yourself out. Just remove yourself from it gracefully.
The Pars Plutii, also in the 9th house (Gemini), gives some subtle further advice and insight into that point.
Don’t try to create the lifeline, that would seem less noble, running from trouble or even cheating. Instead, simply find the existing lifeline that any normal person (with your brilliance) would take. That way is then seen as noble and sensible to all concerned.
