Populus in the 12th house (Aquarius) provides a firm root from deep within our unconscious. This placement of Populus is bringing matters to something of a peak. That said, the peak may be simply one summit in the whole mountain range for you. The most important idea from the Casting this week is that you are presented with the opportunity to get a snapshot of that peak — a photograph of where you are. You are being given an opportunity to see just how things stand…
In the 12th house Populus acts as the core of your ideas which Flow helps manifest. Specifically, you have brought thoughts and ideas into some kind of alignment. Your thoughts have been both wide-ranging and local and at a fundamental level you have somehow managed to reconcile their different needs.
The Pars Luna in the fifth house (Cancer) is beautifully placed amongst the Trine aspects to produce lots of good feeling this week. Socially and amongst friendly relationships you are likely to see warmth and goodwill in whatever social circumstances you find yourself. It’s also possible that it is the social circumstances themselves which provide you with much-needed perspective this week.
Caput Draconis in the fourth house (Gemini) continues the ‘mental’ theme of Flow by showing how matters around you are a microcosm of what you are trying to create in your life. This needs a little amplification, however.
The indications from the Casting are very positive, but this can be one of the challenges associated with Trines. When things are going well it can be easy to get lulled into a sense of false security. We need to examine this snapshot carefully.
Use this time to think matters through objectively. Circumstances may be happening according to plan, but is the plan still the right one? At the risk mixing metaphors you can think of this time as a window or report card on your goals. Check your performance against the plan. Is what you wanted what is actually happening? If all is still well then great! If not, then now is the time to do some course-correction.
The Active Transform this week is Caput Draconis in the eighth house (Libra). Because the first geome is Populus then there are no new Taps in the Active Transform, meaning that you have plenty of time for reflection as matters are likely to continue as they are for the foreseeable future.
This means that if you do find they need to change plans you should have time. If you don’t need to change your plans then you can congratulate yourself and enjoy the success of your efforts so far!
Flow is neither good nor bad — it just is.
What is manifesting in front of you at the moment is clear reality.
What is manifesting is what your thoughts and actions have created.
When you get feedback like that it is worth considering it deeply.
