You will find that you can make a fair bit of progress if you take your time and patiently explain things to others. Gentle debate is called for. This might require a bit of give and take on both sides. Accepting some give and take into the exchange will enable you to adapt to the ways of others for overall benefit.
You will find that you have a major advantage in getting your points over if you appeal to others’ emotions rather than to their logic. This reinforces the idea of going slowly and steadily. Feelings should not be rushed.
Puella in the third house (Capricorn) again has a major influence on communication. It suggests a slow and deliberate change is underway. It will be important to stay true to yourself. This will underpin the integrity and honesty of your connection with others. They will be looking out for it!
