Fortuna Major + Puer → Cauda Draconis (34)
Astrogem Casting for week commencing 18th April 2021

This Casting is an interesting follow on from the one last week. The same geomes were cast but drawn in the reverse order, giving a different Active Transform and in a different aspect. Flow seems to want to channel…

Fortuna Major in the 10th house (Capricorn) Is conjunct with the second geome Puer also in the tenth. This means that the Active Transform will also be in the same house.

You can see that the Taps in the Fortuna Major are concerned principally with the mental realm (both internal and external) in all aspects of your vocation and projects and how you come across to others. Given that this is cast in Capricorn (and in Capricorn’s natural house) it means that you can expect to have a solid, enduring and durable quality to work which matters to you this week. But you don’t get off lightly. For your efforts to have an enduring quality will require work—work that only you can do.

Your genius, your ideas, your thoughts must be channelled.

Puer in the 10th house shows that this Flow of mental processes and energy focuses down to your internal physical, practical resources(Level 3). Remembering that this happens in the same house as the first geome shows that the ideas and planning you have done—all the dreaming and plotting—have to be made real. You need to find—and deploy—the resources necessary to make things happen.

If you are not able, for whatever reason, to channel the plans into action then you may well feel frustrated. Now this is not a lack of ambition on your part, far from it. It’s just that you need to take action and overcome what’s getting in your way. Even if the action you end up taking is slow and plodding and possibly against opposition, you still need to do it if you want results.

The reason is simple: Only you can do it. Nobody else either knows enough about the problem or cares enough about the outcome. Nobody other than you knows as much about what exactly needs to be done.

Others may sympathise. They may be supportive of your efforts. But only you can actually make it happen.

The Pars Solii this week is in the first house (Aries) suggesting that your ideas or vision of how you want things to be should not hold you back. Your current course is set and the current circumstances need to play themselves out. You need to dig in and deal with the present.

Take control of your Destiny

The Active Transform this week is Cauda Draconis (34) also in the tenth house (Capricorn). This indicates that to move forward you need to show selected people where you’re going through your actions. You need to work with your close advisors and those people who are in a position to say ‘yes’. Focus your efforts on those who are likely to be impacted by what you want to do.

There may be many things going on for you at the moment, many considerations and several calls on your energy. But Flow is presenting a deep, slow pulse. It is likely to be providing a deep itch of something which isn’t going away soon or which can be lightly dismissed.

So let’s put it this way: Do the work.

To make the meaning clear that sentence could be paraphrased as: Work the ‘Do’.

Perhaps changing the punctuation can subtly change the meaning, so let’s try that: Do. The. Work.

Hopefully that clarifies it.
