Cauda Draconis + Cauda Draconis → Populus (123)
Astrogem Casting for week commencing 2nd May 2021

Cauda Draconis in the 8th house (Scorpio) shows that there are deep currents flowing round you. The overall direction of Flow is towards some obvious and probably visible solution. But there is still a little way to go yet.

You are likely trying to action as many points and projects as possible. This does not mean there are a huge number of different areas to work on but rather than you are trying to exercise control over what you do need to do.

It seems that one way you have been trying to do this is by limiting the number and amount of distractions you have been subject to recently. Where do they keep coming from? It’s almost as if someone or something didn’t want you to succeed!

The Pars Draconii in the 12th house (Pisces) seems to be able to throw a little light on this. It suggests that some of the distraction might be (shock!) self-generated. Are you becoming bored? Is it all becoming too much? Have you been working on it for too long? Are you clear as to what you need to do to move things over the finishing line?

There is a second part to the Pars as we shall see, however…

Cauda Draconis is also in the 7th house (Libra) and indicates another significant factor in closing in on your objectives at the moment: the interactions that you have with others.

This seems to be a time of needing to do and complete things… not more thinking or planning, but doing. More specifically, of achieving the long-sought for result.

It seems that the efforts of others will be important in this regard. Maybe you need them to help get to the end result. If you do it is likely that they will need to act. They will need to actually do something to contribute.

But here’s the thing: it will be important to keep your eye on them. As mentioned, the Pars has a second message this week. It is suggesting that others are likely to have their own agenda and will be interested in going along with your proposals just as long as it suits them—and just so long as their needs are being met. In other words, they may go along with your plans so long as they can profit ‘on the side’ no matter what happens to you!

Now this is not a negative turn of events. Seeking synergy and alignment of objectives is perfectly natural. People need to look out for their own interests.

What is indicated here is that you need to combine your need to control current circumstances with the need to involve others who may have their own agenda…

Take control of your Destiny

The Active Transform this week is Populus (123) in the 6th house (Virgo). This spells out that the best way to play your hand will then be to take things step-by-step: You provide one ‘piece’ they should provide another. Tit-for-tat. Match the moves one-for-one.

This keeps the control of both your interests while keeping an eye on what others need to do.

Don’t over-reach. Reciprocate. Take it slow.

Ensure they are matching and following every step of the way until the end.
