The first part of this week sees you feeling that you can’t seem to progress on things that are important to you. You want to finish but it seems like you are being held back.
You know what needs to be done and you know that you are able to do it. But there is that nagging feeling that you are carrying some weight on your shoulders.
There are two possible reasons for this.
The first reason is that your partner/‘significant other’ or, more likely, some mother-influence (for which you can read ‘significant and older female’) seems to be exerting some insecurity.
The question is: Do they need you to take responsibility or have you just assumed that they have to have your help?
The second reason is that it’s a matter of your perceptions/feelings. You need to know that these perceptions and feelings are not true problems. You just think that they are. You may have got yourself into a self-perpetuating worry cycle over doing something. This is an illusion. Change your mind and you’ll change your life.
How do you do this?
The first thing to know is that things are just about to get better.
Second, you need to deal with that feeling of being overwhelmed. Here’s a way to approach: At the start of the week just keep breaking small, easy to do problems. Don’t get carried away, learn to walk before you run.
Next, knowing that it’s your thoughts and feelings which are holding you back is likely to prove liberating. (Maybe it is reading these words which will start you off on the process of self-examination, but that realisation will be the key.)
Specifically, what will really help, is to take every single piece of what you think is causing your problems and to quickly examine it and see whether there is any good reason you should be concerned about it. Don’t get bogged down in details. Just ask yourself if you really, really do have to be concerned.
And by ‘concerned’ here is meant in the sense that you have to do something about it.
When you realise how little you actually need to do it will free things up for you enormously. Whatever was holding you back will no longer seem such a weight and your mood will lift dramatically.
Perhaps you will realise that while some readjustments might be needed to be made it will not require substantial effort on your part.

The Active Transform this week is Cauda Draconis (12) in the eighth house (Capricorn). This indicates that there is a deeper lesson for us here — and on two levels.
Following our realisation that we were worried over nothing, the question is why? Why were you worried at all? Why did you feel that you needed to be concerned?
The second level of insight will come with the realisation that inputting those worries behind us we can realise what is real and which should be concerning us. These more important matters had been masked by the other unnecessary worries.
Capitalise on this new insight into what is really important for you in your life.
There are some big pieces in your game of life. You can think about them now that you have freed up some of your mental space from needless worry.
For those who feel Flow deeply there is one further level you can go: Consider the worth of those important things in your life.
Weigh them up carefully.
Feel the ‘fated-ness’ of them.
Some of them are likely to be with you for a little while…
