It seems that you have been putting effort in creating closure on something recently. The Pars Draconii in the fourth house (Scorpio) indicates that this has not been a simple matter, however. Circumstances have had a way of continuing. Details keep cropping up. Further work keeps being needed. When will this all end?
The Flow this week will help to clarify matters. Given the nature of the change you may feel that this is a blessing in disguise, however…
Caput Draconis in the ninth house (Aries) shows that you’ve had some ideas percolating for a long time. In fact it is likely that things you have been working on for a long time are suddenly brought into focus this week. Given that the Casting has a square aspect between the geomes however you might feel as though you can do without the extra input at the moment! Rest assured, it’s not that Fate is trying to pile on the pressure but simply that matters that were put in motion are taking time to mature.
One intriguing aspect of this placement is that you may find that some new idea or a principle, perhaps even something new that you learn, shakes up some of your old ways of thinking. This can be useful to you if you use it as an opportunity to find out what’s good in your approach to life at the moment.
Take that step further: it is no use to you to carry more mental or emotional baggage than you need. Something intuitive or some other kind of ‘external idea’ could be a useful way to test and then get rid of anything which is not being useful to you. So while it may shake things up, it will turn out to be a blessing in disguise.
Be prepared to experience new thinking, even if at first the thoughts seem a little unsettling. (If it was ‘usual’ and ‘more of the same’ then it would not prompt any change in your thinking or approach!)
To use Flow to full advantage here, simply understand that whatever you have which is good and useful to you will stand firm.
Rubeus in the 12th house (Cancer) shows that even if you do not consciously recognise or challenge with external thoughts you may still find that for some reason your subconscious feels troubled. It’s the same kind of feeling you get when something doesn’t seem quite right to you. It’s as though you’ve forgotten something.
This is the effect of Caput Draconis in challenging your existing framework of understanding at a deep level. It is not to test you. It’s a shakedown, a test of the reliability and worthiness of what you’re trying to do and the current state of readiness. Think of it this way: it’s better to test whether a plane is fit to fly before it takes off, right? When you’re flying at 50,000 feet there is little you can do about a wobbly wing! It’s better to iron out problems now.
So if matters do feel a little unsettled in anyway this week, don’t trouble yourself too much. It’s just Flow checking that all is right to your journey ahead, checking the oil in your engine and the pressure in your tires, as it were.
The Active Transform this week is Fortuna Major (234) in the third house (Libra). This is where knowledge of the Active Transform is particularly useful. You can see where Flow is likely to go and therefore to capitalise on it to best advantage.
Given such a favourable combination of geome and sign (irrespective of the square aspect) it’s possible to see that all will work out well — and to your advantage — so long as you realise what’s going on and keep things in proportion.
Viewpoint is everything here. For instance, if you thought someone was about to hit you on the knee with a hammer you might feel somewhat concerned. If you knew that the someone was a doctor and that they were testing your reflexes then there is far less reason to be concerned. When you know Flow is doing a maintenance check to make sure all is well it is far less worrying than thinking that everything is about to collapse!
Keep your intentions and actions local. Don’t get too far ahead of yourself.
Change will come and you can work with Flow to keep matters balanced.
Look to manage (rather than to react to) challenges this week.
And there’s nothing to say that you have to suffer in silence. Talk, share and keep your balance.
Fortuna Minor has put in an appearance as a Rogue this week. It suggests that matters may take more time and effort than you might initially estimate this week. But knowing that in advance, of course, means that you can estimate better and factor that in, right?
