The opposition aspect between the geome suggests clearly that in order to make progress your efforts need to be directed very specifically.
Cauda Draconis in the sixth house (Sagittarius) indicates your desire or challenge to do your job, to serve and to fulfil your responsibilities as fully as you are able. You certainly seem to have the hopes and wishes to get the job done.
It also seems clear from the Pars Draconii in the seventh house (Capricorn) that you are aware of the problems that need to be overcome. Some of these problems are likely to be other people getting in the way. It is sometimes difficult to understand why others get in the way when you are trying to help them! At first sight this can seem very frustrating.
Puella in the 12th house (Gemini) shows you will be doing your best to check that you are doing things by the book. It is clear that there is a right way and a wrong way. The procedure has already been determined which is most likely to lead to success… right?
If you keep checking back with how it’s supposed to be done you are likely to find that you are absolutely following the correct procedure. Whether this is for a specific process or for what you know should work, you’ll be confident that you are doing it right.
It turns out though that whilst you are right in principle you will have to ask yourself an important question: Do I do this ‘buy the book’ just to follow the recipe, or is it more important to get the actual successful outcome?
If you want to be able to say that you have ticked all the boxes and any failure is not your fault then by all means do everything you’re supposed to do according to the rules.
However, if it’s more important that you actually reach the goal then a little more creativity will be needed.
Does this mean that you have to bend the rules? Does it mean that the end will justify the means? Does it mean going to your own way despite the ‘official’ guidance?
These are difficult questions to answer in every case. When it is you who is in the driving seat and directly accountable you can only go ‘off script’ if you are prepared to take the responsibility for your actions and your results. What Flow is saying this week is that simply following the rules is unlikely to get you the result you want. If it’s not your responsibility, however, then it is likely that you will need to follow the rules!
Take control of your Destiny
The Active Transform this week is Acquisitio (123) in the sixth house (Sagittarius). This indicates that the bending of rules and processes to achieve your desired outcome is more likely to be successful for you. This requires a degree of mastery on your part to achieve, however. It requires a degree of subtlety to know how to appropriately finesse what is done to achieve the best ends for everyone.
It seems clear from the Pars that in working with others you need to get feedback as things are happening directly from them.
This means asking them ‘where it hurts’, not just presuming that a particular situation needs dealing with in a well-known and well established way.
The best way to serve is to serve the needs of the outcome, not the needs of the process.
Do what works, not what should work.
